Roadside Help
“If you’re stuck, I roll to you first.”
Jumper cables, lock-out tools, gas can, jack, and torque wrench ride in the van so Bob can jump-start, unlock, fuel, or swap a spare right where you’re parked. If the issue needs a tow or shop equipment, he’ll explain options on the spot—no surprises.
Jump-Start
Includes: Battery test, terminal clean, charge-system check.
When to call: Click/no start, lights dim.
Lock-Out
Includes: Non-destructive entry tools (when permitted for your model).
When to call: Keys inside, lost key (ID may be requested).
Fuel Delivery
Includes: Correct fuel type delivered, prime/bleed if needed.
When to call: Ran out, misfuel advice.
Spare-Tire Swap & Safety Check
Includes: Lug torque, tire inspection, quick brake/fluids glance.
When to call: Flat, damaged tire, unsafe to drive.
